Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS or related field plus significant experience.
• Expertise with Java frameworks (Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA).
• Strong RESTful API design and modern JavaScript proficiency.
• Experience with Git (ADO or GitHub) and Agile/Scrum teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and deployment of complex applications as part of a cross-domain solution.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to mid-level engineers.
• Define technical solutions with architects and product managers to align with business goals.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce software engineering best practices.
• Optimize performance, scalability, and maintainability of applications.
