You will own end-to-end projects, optimize latency and accuracy, and work with product and design to shape the platform that developers rely on daily. Mentorship and reliability are core to the role.

• Build and scale features on a product surface handling billions of events daily, where latency and correctness matter to users.
• Own the design and delivery of substantial projects end to end, scoping with product and design, shipping, and instrumenting for measurement.
• Contribute to meaningful technical product decisions: grouping quality, search performance, migrations and backfills against enormous datasets.
• Champion product quality and user experience; build features that delight and are reliable under heavy load.
• Mentor and elevate others, helping engineers grow their skills and learn from failures.
