Job summary

SentrySoftware is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for the Telemetry Experience team. You will own end-to-end development across the stack, from frontend React/TypeScript to Django/PostgreSQL backend, shaping APIs, workflows, and interfaces for developer debugging experiences.

You will partner with SDK and ingest teams, work with product managers and designers, and drive outcomes beyond ticket-level work. Strong English communication and AI tooling experience are valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience building and shipping full-stack web applications.
• Strong experience with React and TypeScript, and with Python (Django or similar) backed by a relational database such as PostgreSQL.
• A track record of driving non-trivial projects end to end and coordinating with multiple teams.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Experience leveraging AI-powered development tools to enhance productivity and code quality.

Responsibilities

• Own projects end to end from ideation through design, implementation, rollout and measurement.
• Work across the stack: React/TypeScript frontend, Django/PostgreSQL backend, APIs and interfaces.
• Collaborate with SDK and ingest teams to shape telemetry contracts and data flow.
• Partner with product managers and designers to deliver a smooth developer experience.
