Job summary

Peregrine Technologies is seeking a Software Engineer to join Product Experiences, owning major features that power the Peregrine platform. You’ll ship fast, intuitive experiences by turning vast data into actionable insights for investigators and analysts.

You will collaborate with design and PM, work across a stack including React/TypeScript on the frontend and Python/Django on the backend, and help build AI-powered, trusted experiences with attention to latency and resilience.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience with cross-functional software development teams.
• Experience shipping production-grade, user-facing software.
• Strong frontend fundamentals and full-stack capability.

Responsibilities

• Own large portions of the user-facing platform from start to finish.
• Build search and semantic discovery across billions of records.
• Design Dossier views that assemble a complete entity picture.
• Develop real-time, collaborative experiences on maps and networks.
