Job summary

Larx, Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to build and scale the Larx platform.

You will develop robust software for multi-source data integration, AI-enabled analysis, and operational workflows in mission-critical environments. You will collaborate across data science, engineering, product, and design to integrate analytics, APIs, and data pipelines, while improving performance, reliability, and security in a fast-growing startup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, information systems, or related field (or equivalent).
• Minimum of five years' professional software engineering experience with production systems.
• Experience building APIs, backend services, databases, and data-intensive applications.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, automated testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Experience collaborating across engineering, data science, product, and design teams; able to work independently in a fast-paced startup.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain the software systems powering Larx's decision intelligence platform.
• Build and optimize APIs, backend services, data pipelines, and database architectures.
• Improve platform performance, reliability, security, and scalability as Larx grows.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product leaders to integrate analytics and AI models.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to architecture decisions and best practices.
