Diverse Lynx LLC is seeking a Senior Data Engineer / Data Platform Engineer to build and maintain robust data pipelines and DataOps workflows in a Las Vegas onsite role. The team will design connectors, orchestrate ELT processes, and ensure reliable data delivery across platforms.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, develop CI/CD pipelines for data, validate data quality, and stay current with new technologies in large-scale data environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in data engineering, ELT development, and data modeling.
• Proficiency in using Apache Airflow and Spark for data transformation, data integration, and data management.
• Experience implementing workflow orchestration using tools like Apache Airflow, SSIS or similar platforms.
• Demonstrated experience in developing custom connectors for data ingestion from various sources.
• Strong SQL and database concepts with ability to write efficient queries.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data pipelines, ELT processes, and workflow orchestration using Apache Airflow, Python and PySpark.
• Design and implement custom connectors to ingest diverse data sources into our platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data needs into technical solutions.
• Implement DataOps principles and data CI/CD pipelines for automated data integration and deployment.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines, ensuring data quality and timely delivery.
• Conduct data validation and testing to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Document data workflows and technical specifications for governance.
