Build the operating system behind growth and customer success.

Larx is building decision intelligence infrastructure for mission-critical environments—transforming complex, fragmented data into clear, actionable insight.

We are seeking a Sales Operations Manager to build the processes, systems, and insights that support Larx’s growth across government and commercial markets. This role will also support customer success, helping ensure customers experience a coordinated transition from contract award through onboarding, adoption, and renewal.

You will work closely with sales, capture, marketing, product, finance, and company leadership to improve pipeline visibility, strengthen forecasting, and create a consistent customer experience throughout the relationship lifecycle.

This role is ideal for someone who combines analytical rigor with strong relationship-management skills and enjoys creating structure within a fast-moving startup environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Build, document, and continuously improve Larx’s end-to-end sales processes.
  • Establish consistent opportunity stages, qualification criteria, workflows, and operating rhythms.
  • Coordinate opportunity progression across sales, capture, product, finance, legal, and executive leadership.
  • Identify process gaps and implement practical solutions that improve efficiency, accountability, and execution.
  • Support the development of scalable sales operations infrastructure as the company grows.
Own CRM and Pipeline Management
  • Manage the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data within Larx’s CRM.
  • Establish standards for opportunity creation, stage progression, activity tracking, and closeout.
  • Maintain clear visibility into pipeline health, deal velocity, conversion rates, and upcoming milestones.
  • Ensure customer, partner, contract, and opportunity records remain accurate and current.
  • Create dashboards and reports that provide leadership with actionable insight into performance and risk.
Strengthen Forecasting and Reporting
  • Develop and maintain sales forecasts across government and commercial opportunities.
  • Lead regular pipeline reviews and help opportunity owners identify next steps, dependencies, and risks.
  • Analyze historical performance, pipeline coverage, conversion trends, and sales-cycle timing.
  • Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports for company leadership, board discussions, and planning activities.
  • Translate sales data into clear recommendations that support resource allocation and growth strategy.
Support Opportunity Execution
  • Coordinate internal activities required to advance opportunities from qualification through contract execution.
  • Track customer meetings, follow-up actions, proposal deadlines, demonstrations, procurement milestones, and decision dates.
  • Support proposal, pricing, contracting, and approval workflows in partnership with capture, finance, legal, and technical teams.
  • Maintain shared visibility into opportunity status, ownership, deliverables, and deadlines.
  • Help ensure smooth handoffs from sales and capture to implementation and customer success.
Support Customer Success
  • Coordinate customer onboarding and help establish clear implementation plans, responsibilities, milestones, and success criteria.
  • Serve as an operational point of coordination between customers and Larx’s sales, product, engineering, and leadership teams.
  • Track customer adoption, engagement, feedback, support needs, and overall account health.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure commitments are fulfilled and emerging needs are addressed.
  • Coordinate business reviews, training sessions, product demonstrations, and customer check-ins.
  • Document customer feedback and ensure relevant insights are shared with product and engineering teams.
  • Identify risks to adoption, satisfaction, renewal, or expansion and coordinate internal action plans.
  • Support renewals, follow-on opportunities, account expansion, and customer advocacy initiatives.
  • Help develop scalable customer success processes, templates, playbooks, and reporting.
Improve Sales and Customer Tools
  • Evaluate, implement, and manage tools that improve sales productivity, customer visibility, and internal coordination.
  • Create templates, playbooks, dashboards, and reference materials that support consistent execution.
