Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading software development projects.
• 1+ years of MATLAB experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning of software development tasks including design, coding, and testing of features/user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Translate system-level requirements into software requirements and models with traceability to design, code and test artifacts.
• Identify risk and lead mitigation actions throughout the software lifecycle.
• Lead code reviews for alignment to requirements and standards.
• Monitor and review test completion and issue resolution for software systems.
• Mentor and coach junior engineers in software development.
