Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Active Top Secret clearance required.
- 5+ years of Software Engineering experience.
- 5+ years of Java and/or C++ object-oriented programming.
- 3+ years of experience leading software development projects.
- 1+ years of MATLAB.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning of software development tasks with detailed design and testing.
- Translate system requirements into software requirements and models.
- Review software analyses, identify risks, and drive mitigation actions.
- Lead code reviews to ensure alignment with requirements.
- Monitor test completion and issue resolution for software systems.
- Review product plans for alignment with standards and track performance.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers in software development.
- Interface with various programming languages.
