Job summary

FINVI is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to develop and maintain applications on PICK, Universe, and jBASE environments. You will play a key role in database administration, application support, and system collaboration with product and infrastructure teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years developing and supporting applications within PICK/MultiValue environments.
• Hands-on experience with PICK, Universe, and jBASE platforms.
• Experience administering Linux/Unix and Windows server environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain applications running on PICK, Universe, and jBASE platforms.
• Analyze requirements and translate into effective technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot defects, resolve performance bottlenecks, and improve reliability.
• Develop and maintain MultiValue BASIC programs, DICTs, PAs, and PROCs.
• Support integrations with third-party apps, databases, and business systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, maintainable software.
