Job summary

Curai Health is hiring a Senior Software Engineer, Marketing Platform, to own the web, measurement, and data integration systems that support marketing and growth. You will translate marketing priorities into scoped engineering projects and build reliable tracking, SQL models, and dashboards.

You will collaborate across teams to improve site performance, data quality, and conversion, while shipping web features and APIs. A strong CS foundation and modern JS/TS skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years building and maintaining production software with ownership of web applications.
• Strong experience with Javascript or Typescript, and a modern web framework such as React and Next.js.
• Experience with shipping fast, accessible landing pages and funnel experiences, including bulk publishing workflows.
• SQL fluency and comfort working with warehouse data.
• Ownership of production event tracking, instrumentation, attribution validation, and data quality debugging.
• Solid judgement about web performance, accessibility, testing, and handling sensitive data.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, CS or related field; strong CS fundamentals

Responsibilities

• Turn priorities from marketing into scoped engineering projects.
• Define funnel events, implement client and server side tracking, and reconcile data with warehouse reporting.
• Build SQL models and dashboards to examine cost per visit and cohort behavior.
• Support the build pipeline and ClickHouse data behind MTA tooling.
• Design, build, and maintain web features and APIs and data flows supporting them.
• Investigate site performance, conversion, and data quality issues, then ship improvements.
• Review code, improve tests and monitoring, and make technical decisions with the broader engineering team
