Job summary

Anduril Industries in Boston, MA is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to drive delivery of software across autonomy, simulation, data processing, payload integration, and off‑board command and control for maritime and other platforms.

You will provide end‑to‑end ownership, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate across a multi‑discipline team while supporting vehicle manufacturing and deployment. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, CS, or engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience as a Software Engineer across multiple domains/technologies.
• Strong fundamentals in algorithms, data structures, concurrency, and software design.
• Experience troubleshooting remotely deployed software systems.
• Ability to own software services from requirements through sustainment.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Empathize with end-users and balance needs with constraints in a multi-stakeholder environment.
• Own software-enabled solutions deployed to customers, delivering value to end-users.
• Design and implement scalable software with clear architecture and capability evolution paths.
• Contribute to reusable software components across Anduril products.
• Develop software for onboard and off-board robotic platforms.
• Shape development processes for vehicle and mission software and testing.
