Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field, and at least 2 years of software development experience OR 6 years of related experience.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with software development lifecycle methodologies.
• Ability to translate WaaS strategy into design and development decisions.
• Ability to gather information, perform root cause analysis, and recommend solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level analysis and implementation of innovative, efficient, and cost-effective business solutions across platforms.
• Guide engineers in design, development, testing, debugging, and issue resolution using emerging tech.
• Lead root cause analysis and ongoing optimization with data to support improvements.
• Mentor and collaborate with other teams on solution delivery.
• Influence decisions using cost measures and build consensus for project objectives.
• Build relationships with leaders and act as consultant on improvements and capabilities.
• Participate in proposals, estimates, and proofs-of-concept.
• Stay informed on industry best practices and standards.
