You will lead engineering workstreams, mentor developers, and collaborate with architects and product owners to set technical direction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years designing software in a team environment.
• Strong understanding of secure development practices and open source technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop scalable, secure services and production-ready features.
• Lead engineering workstreams across teams and drive delivery.
• Drive code quality through coding standards and thorough reviews.
• Modernize design, code and system structure; pursue greenfield improvements.
• Collaborate with architects and product owners on roadmaps and strategy.
• Mentor junior developers and SDETs; promote knowledge sharing.
• Automate processes to support operational excellence and reliability.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to stakeholders across teams.
• Ensure secure development with static analysis and secure coding practices.
• Own the full SDLC from analysis to deployment.
• Work with data systems including models, scripts, and migrations.
