You will guide multi-team endeavors, shape architecture, and ensure quality across development, testing, deployment, and monitoring.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Product, Design, Data, and other Engineering teams, along with mentoring colleagues and contributing to the roadmap.

Qualifications

4+ years of software engineering experience with leadership exposure.
Experience on large-scale projects across multiple teams.
Strong CS fundamentals and architectural skills.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to build impactful software for Arrive products.
Design and execute medium to large-scale technical solutions with ownership.
Oversee builds from development to deployment and monitoring.
Foster cross-department collaboration to tackle issues beyond the team.
Establish and follow best practices and ensure quality code reviews and tests.
Mentor team members and contribute to strategic roadmap discussions.
