Job summary

RealTruck, Inc. seeks a Senior Software Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and integration of logistics software.

You will shape the technical direction and mentor teammates across cross-functional and international teams to deliver scalable systems. Candidates should have 9+ years IT experience in manufacturing or logistics, hands-on Manhattan Active, cloud-native design, testing, documentation, and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, MIS, or SCM required; master’s preferred.
• 9+ years IT experience supporting manufacturing operations.
• Experience with Manhattan Active.
• Translate business requirements into scalable cloud designs.
• Knowledge of warehouse workflows and SCI metrics.
• Ability to collaborate across IT and operations; change management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and architecture of complex software systems for logistics.
• Lead cross-functional and international teams.
• Collaborate with ELT, product managers, designers, and engineers.
• Analyze and solve complex technical problems aligning with goals.
• Communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Write and lead implementation of high-quality components.
• Conduct code reviews and promote best practices.
• Manage time and priorities for successful delivery.
• Stay updated on industry practices and drive process improvements.
• Provide technical mentorship to junior team members.
• Implement effective testing strategies and maintain docs.
