Job summary
Compass is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Lead Nurturing & Engagement team. You will design and build systems powering automated re-engagement, unclaimed lead management, and lead readiness scoring, directly impacting how many leads convert to closed transactions.
You will collaborate with data and ML teams to incorporate behavioral signals and orchestration across SMS, email, and voice channels, while maintaining scalable CI/CD practices in a modern engineering culture.
Qualifications
- 7+ years building high-performance software applications.
- Experience with Go, Java, Python or NodeJS in production systems.
- Strong knowledge of microservices, APIs and cloud architectures.
- Familiarity with AWS Connect, CRM platforms, and contact center APIs.
- Experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Design and build pre-CRM nurturing pipelines and automated flows.
- Own AWS Connect integration for concierge experiences.
- Develop unclaimed lead management automation and escalation.
- Create lead readiness scoring models and signals.
- Architect nurture sequences across SMS, email, and voice channels.
- Collaborate with data/ML teams on predictive signals.
- Maintain scalable CI/CD and monitoring practices.
