Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience: 3–6 years.
• Managerial experience coordinating the work of others (4–6 months).

Responsibilities

• Document 'as is' and 'to be' processes and describe changes required for migration.
• Discuss and recommend technical developments to improve software quality and infrastructure.
• Produce multiple concepts and prototypes for technical solution design.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy.
• Develop automated tests and monitoring to diagnose performance issues.
• Implement solution monitoring to diagnose performance and stability issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and engineers to define and deliver roadmaps.
• Develop work breakdown schedules and estimates to meet delivery timelines.
• Contribute to and maintain a technical roadmap aligned with business needs.
• Provide guidance on CI/CD practices and ongoing integration.
• Explore external developments and assess potential impact on the organization.
• Develop capabilities through training, coaching, and external accreditation.
