Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience as a software engineer or similar.
- Experience mentoring junior engineers and leading project efforts.
- Strong knowledge of full-stack development and SDLC.
Responsibilities
- Document current and future state processes for migration to new capabilities.
- Suggest technical developments to improve software quality and infrastructure.
- Create prototypes and design scalable solutions.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and strategic roadmaps.
- Develop automated tests and monitoring to ensure performance and reliability.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and collaborate with product owners and designers to deliver roadmaps.
