• Advanced degree and substantial enterprise infrastructure experience.
• Ability to document current-state architecture and design future state.
• Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams.
• Knowledge of regulatory codes and security practices.
• Develop business cases for investments and ROI.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee infrastructure developments and maintenance to meet business requirements.
• Drive advances in technologies and architectures to increase value of digital capabilities and reduce costs.
• Create and manage project storyboards and viewpoints to guide implementation.
• Elicit complex requirements via interviews, workshops, and analyses to map to user goals.
• Document current-state and to-be processes and migration plans.
• Explore external developments and assess impact on organization.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for changes to processes or structures.
• Support Information Security in detecting and remediating incidents per policy.
• Maintain knowledge of policies, regulatory codes, and industry best practices.
• Discuss and recommend innovative technical developments to improve infrastructure quality.
• Develop capabilities through training and coaching; pursue professional accreditation.
• Develop business cases to quantify costs and ROI.
