• 5+ years of professional experience building large-scale, full-stack systems.

• Strong systems perspective and API/data modeling skills.
• Experience with long-running workflows and external integrations.

Responsibilities

• Drive core product domains across site acquisition, permitting, and launch readiness.
• Reduce manual coordination, shorten site-launch timelines, and improve visibility.
• Define APIs, data models, and architectural patterns for the platform.
• Build durable operational workflows and cross-system integrations.
• Own production excellence with health metrics, runbooks, and on-call participation.
• Remain hands-on by shipping production code and troubleshooting complex issues.
• Lead through influence and mentor teammates to raise standards.
