Qualifications

• BS degree or higher with relevant experience
• Experience with SDLC and Agile environments
• Proficiency in programming languages (Python, Java, C#, JavaScript, Go)
• Experience with Git and version control
• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and networking concepts
• Strong problem solving and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain robust and scalable software applications.
• Analyze complex technical issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Fix bugs and resolve defects, including escalated tickets from Level 1 support.
• Write clean, documented code that adheres to standards.
• Participate in code reviews and share knowledge across the team.
• Collaborate with product managers, QA, and stakeholders to define requirements.
• Provide guidance to junior team members and contribute to process improvements.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and troubleshooting guides.
