Lockheed Martin is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for the EADGE-T project in Colorado Springs. Lead a Software Integrated Product Team, decomposing roadmaps into team scope and driving design, implementation, and testing of software features.

You will participate in architecture discussions, perform peer reviews, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs. Travel OCONUS and security clearance required; on-site work in Colorado Springs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 9+ years experience or equivalent education/experience
• Significant experience with Python and Java
• Experience in agile environments (Kanban/Scrum)
• Extensive SDLC experience
• Leadership or SME software experience
• Ability to travel OCONUS and obtain Secret DoD clearance
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and OOD design principles

Responsabilités

• Decompose roadmap capabilities into team work scope
• Drive processes for software design, implementation, integration and testing
• Perform high-level peer reviews for critical software capabilities
• Participate in architecture discussions for overall system solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Report execution status to project leadership
