Qualifications

• Experience with system, payload, or electronics architecture development.
• Proposal and/or program startup experience.
• Prior leadership experience.
• Active Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain a TS/SCI.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional management of the Electronics Architect group, including training and deliverable definition.
• Coordinate recruitment and leadership of a team of strategic system architects.
• Support proposal management and EP&E product development and internal investment strategies.
• Support customer engagement and developing CRAD activities.
