Job summary

Lockheed Martin's I&T team in Colorado Springs seeks an experienced I&T Engineering Project Manager (EPM) to lead the I&T Resource Managed Area, align schedules, costs, and risks with program goals, and ensure staff adequacy.

You will own the I&T portion of the schedule, cost estimates, and risk registers, recruit and retain a high-performing I&T workforce, and coordinate with partners and vendors to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Final secret clearance required.
• Engineering leadership experience within DoD programs, preferably with direct involvement in C2BMC, Missile Defense Agency, or related space domain initiatives
• Proven experience managing large, geographically dispersed engineering teams across multiple companies and subcontractors with Agile Release Trains (ART) and SAFe/Agile methodologies
• Hands on experience authoring and approving Basis of Estimates (BOE), cost proposals, and technical baselines; strong earned value management background
• Proven ability to deliver complex DoD systems (software, cyber, network, or hardware) on schedule and within budget while improving affordability and quality
• Direct experience briefing senior leadership and customers on technical status, risks, and opportunities
• Experience coordinating work across multiple external partners and prime contractors; vendor staffing management
• Proficiency with Agile collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence) and modern digital engineering practices

Responsibilities

• Lead the I&T Resource Managed Area (RMA) and prioritize commitments.
• Develop and maintain the I&T portion of the program schedule and cost estimates.
• Own earned value management and control account responsibilities for the RMA.
• Recruit, train, and retain a high-performing I&T workforce.
• Coordinate with customers, partners, and vendors across multiple sites.
