This role emphasizes AI-assisted development, CI/CD excellence, and delivering high ROI while maintaining data integrity and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or Master's degree in Technology/CS required.
• 10+ years of professional software development with 4+ years in a Senior role.
• Strong experience with .NET, AWS, and SQL Server; familiarity with DDD.

Responsibilities

• Design & System Evolution: decompose into service-based architectures for scalable modernization.
• Domain Alignment: translate orthodontic insurance rules into high-performing solutions.
• Epic Ownership: own epics end-to-end with risk management and delivery reliability.
• AI-Assisted Engineering: integrate AI tools to automate design, testing, and reviews.
• Software Design & Quality: enforce code quality, automated testing, and CI/CD.
• Technical Leadership & Mentorship: guide junior engineers and manage stakeholder expectations.
