Responsibilities

• Design and deliver scalable back-end software solutions powering insurance analytics products.
• Build and maintain robust, scalable back-end systems for high-performance analytics apps.
• Design, build and maintain extensible back-end services and web apps with focus on architecture, scalability, and reliability.
• Participate in design discussions and provide input across the backend stack.
• Perform code reviews and technical analysis to ensure quality and maintainability.
• Develop and maintain unit and end-to-end tests for performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with product, data science, and ML teams to translate requirements into solutions.
• Evaluate new tools and technologies to improve the backend stack.
• Own critical components of backend development with strong technical judgment.
