Job summary

EnovaPremier LLC is seeking a Senior Software Engineer who can work remotely with up to 25% travel from MI, IN, KY, or AL. The position reports to the IT Production Manager and requires a Bachelor's degree in a technical field, 3–5 years in software development (Python preferred), and strong T-SQL skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical major as listed (Information Systems, Computer Engineering or Computer Science).
• 4–6 years of high level technical support, implementation and development experience.
• 3–5 years experience in software development (Python preferred).
• 3–5 years experience in project management.
• 3–5 years experience in T-SQL development (queries, stored procedures, views).
• Experience with MSSQL databases and OPC servers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead major software IT initiatives and projects across the organization.
• Lead technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code and optimize performance.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle from planning to deployment.
• Design scalable data models to support interoperability between facilities.
• Integrate disparate systems via APIs, SAML, LDAP, and other protocols.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
