Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical major or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years in high-level technical support, implementation and development, preferably in automotive manufacturing.
• 3–5 years in software development, preferably Python.
• 3–5 years in project management.
• 3–5 years in T-SQL development (SQL queries, stored procedures, views).
• Preferred: MSSQL databases administration.
• Preferred: OPC Server experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead major software IT initiatives and projects across the organization.
• Direct architectural discussions and code reviews, ensuring best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and propose innovative solutions.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and trends; write clean, maintainable code.
• Design data models for scalability and interoperability across facilities.
• Integrate disparate systems via data connections, APIs, SAML, LDAP, etc.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Participate in agile processes and sprint planning.
