Job summary
EnovaPremier LLC is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for a fully remote role with travel up to 25%. You will report to the IT Production Manager and require a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, with 4-6 years in technical support and 3-5 years in software development (preferably Python).

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical major or equivalent experience.
- 4-6 years in technical support, implementation and development.
- 3-5 years in software development, preferably Python.
- 3-5 years in project management.
- 3-5 years in T-SQL development (SQL queries, stored procedures, views).
- Experience with MSSQL databases and OPC Servers preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead major software IT initiatives and projects across the organization.
- Lead technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Work with Engineering and Plant teams to meet customer and internal needs.
- Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
