Job summary

EnovaPremier, LLC is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the IT Production team. This role is designed as a regular full-time position based remotely with up to 25% travel, and requires residence in MI, IN, KY, or AL.

The ideal candidate will have a BS in a technical field and 4–6 years in technical support, 3–5 years in Python software development, and 3–5 years in project management, plus 3–5 years in T-SQL development. Strong SQL Server and OPC experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical major or equivalent experience
• 4–6 years in high-level technical support, implementation and development
• 3–5 years in software development (Python)
• 3–5 years in project management
• 3–5 years in T-SQL development (SQL queries, SProcs, Views)
• Preferred MSSQL Database administration
• Preferred experience with OPC Servers
• Must be located in MI, IN, KY, or AL for remote role with travel

Responsibilities

• Lead software IT initiatives and major projects across the organization
• Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Design scalable data models for multi-facility support
• Integrate disparate systems via data connections, APIs, SAML, LDAP
• Mentor junior engineers on technical and career growth
• Participate in Agile development and sprint planning
• Ensure application performance and system reliability
• Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code
• Work with Engineering and Plant teams to meet customer needs
