Job summary

EnovaPremier LLC is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead major IT initiatives across the organization. You will design, develop, and optimize software solutions, mentor engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable systems.

The role is remote with up to 25% travel and requires a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field plus 4–6 years in technical support and 3–5 years in software development and project management. Strong SQL and OPC experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical major or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years in high level technical support, implementation and development.
• 3–5 years in software development (Python).
• 3–5 years in project management.
• 3–5 years in T‑SQL development (SQL queries, stored procedures, views).
• Preferred: MSSQL Database administration.
• Preferred: OPC Server experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead major software IT initiatives and projects across the organization.
• Lead technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code.
• Optimize application performance and ensure system reliability.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle from planning to deployment.
• Design scalable data models for multi-facility interoperability.
• Integrate disparate systems via data connections, APIs, SAML, LDAP.
