Job summary

Empassion Health is a remote-first MSO focused on advanced illness care in the US. We seek a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to own full-stack features, collaborate with clinical operations, and mentor engineers. The role emphasizes backend APIs, Python, Django/DRF, and cloud-based tooling in a high-growth environment.

You will work with Vue.js or React on the frontend, and deploy on GCP (GKE, Cloud SQL, BigQuery). Travel 3–4 times yearly for off-sites and alignment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience with backend focus

Responsibilities

• Own design, development, testing, and maintenance of high-impact full-stack features
• Collaborate with Data & Analytics and Clinical Operations teams to deliver impactful solutions
• Drive delivery through individual contribution and technical leadership/mentorship
• Travel 3–4 times per year for off-sites and strategy alignment
