Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in CS/Software Engineering or related field.
• 7 years of experience as a Java developer.
• 6 years of Java Enterprise software development experience.
• 5 years of Java and JVM memory/performance tuning with Lambdas, Generics, and Map/List/Set.
• 5 years of Spring Framework or equivalent.
• 5 years in design patterns and high-throughput algorithm design.
• 4 years of concurrent programming for real-time systems.
• 4 years of Hibernate/JPA and query optimization.
• 4 years of relational and NoSQL databases.
• 2 years ensuring compliance in software development.
• 3 years leading cross-functional teams or mentoring engineers in fintech.

Responsibilities

• Code, test, and review code for quality, performance, and security.
• Lead and define SDLC stages, drive sprint goals, ensure stability.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor engineers.
• Communicate technical plans to executives and cross-functional partners.
• Collaborate with product managers and architects to align solutions with business/regulatory goals.
• Document architecture and create developer guides for knowledge transfer.
