OneStream Software is seeking a Senior Software Engineer 1 to design, build, and deliver complex features within the OneStream platform. This role emphasizes scalability, reliability, and high-quality APIs, with ownership of end-to-end features and mentoring junior engineers.

The position is remote in the USA and offers a strong compensation package including base salary and competitive benefits, geared toward professionals with 5–8 years of experience in C#, .NET, and modern UI frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5–8 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, and ASP.NET.
• Experience building UIs with Angular, React, Blazor, and WPF.
• Deep understanding of RESTful API design and SOA.
• Strong experience with JSON contracts in enterprise apps.
• Experience with performance tuning, memory management, and SQL optimization.
• Strong Git-based workflows and CI/CD experience.
• Experience reviewing unit tests and ensuring coverage.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain complex software features and services within OneStream, including translation of requirements and API design.
• Lead implementation of moderately to highly complex features for scalability and reliability.
• Drive architectural discussions and align with platform standards.
• Build and maintain UI solutions using Angular, React, Blazor, and WPF.
• Ensure data contracts (JSON/XML) are well designed and backward compatible.
• Design and evolve APIs, SDKs, and extensibility mechanisms.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance, reliability, and developer productivity.
• Lead and participate in code reviews and mentor engineers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Contribute to CI/CD improvements and testing strategies.
• Own complex features end-to-end and support production.
