Job summary

OneStream Software is seeking an AI Engineer to design, develop, and maintain complex software features across the OneStream platform. The role emphasizes scalability, performance, and maintainability with ownership of end-to-end features and APIs.

You will mentor engineers, lead code reviews, and collaborate cross-functionally to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Remote work is supported in the United States with a strong emphasis on Azure-based SaaS architecture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4–10 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, and ASP.NET, and related frameworks.
• Experience building user interfaces with Angular, React, Blazor, and WPF.
• Deep understanding of RESTful API design and service-oriented architectures.
• Strong experience designing, maintaining, and evolving JSON contracts.
• Experience with performance tuning, memory management, and SQL optimization.
• Strong experience with Git-based workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience reviewing unit tests and ensuring adequate test coverage.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain complex features and services within OneStream, including architecture alignment and deployment.
• Lead implementation efforts for scalable, high-performance components.
• Drive technical design discussions and align with platform standards.
• Build and maintain UI solutions using Angular, React, Blazor, and WPF.
• Design, evolve APIs, SDKs, and extensibility mechanisms used by internal teams and partners.
• Mentor engineers and lead code reviews to ensure quality and reliability.
• Contribute to CI/CD improvements, automation, and testing strategies.
• Own complex features end-to-end from design to production support.
