Job summary

OneStream Software is seeking a Senior Software Engineer I for its Cloud Development team. This role designs, develops, and maintains solutions supporting OneStream's cloud hosting infrastructure.

You will lead design discussions, mentor teammates, and ensure code quality and performance across the stack. The position requires strong software design principles, experience with REST APIs, and proficiency in C#, Azure, and modern frontend frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field is required.
• 7+ years programming experience and Azure-related certifications are preferred.
• Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and self-motivation.
• Experience with object-oriented programming and reusable libraries.
• Familiarity with design/architectural patterns and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to analyze and communicate technical issues, lead discussions, and influence decisions.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience troubleshooting errors, analyzing log data, and developing resolutions.
• Understanding of cloud concepts including elasticity, security, and identity management.
• Proficiency with C#, PowerShell, VB .Net, Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, Git, and Jira.
• Experience with Azure compute/hosting technologies (Functions, Container Apps, Batch, Kubernetes Service).
• Experience with Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Data Lake, Storage, and monitoring tools like Application Insights and Dynatrace.
• Frontend experience with Blazor, Angular, or React.

Responsibilities
