Job summary

OneStream, Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer I for the Cloud Development team to design, develop, and maintain solutions supporting orchestration of our cloud hosting infrastructure.

The role requires strong software design principles and leadership to mentor teammates. You will work with cross‑functional teams, review security and coding standards, and drive performance and reliability of our cloud solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field.
• 7+ years programming experience.
• Azure Certified Developer Associate and Azure Certified Architect Expert.
• Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
• Strong object‑oriented design and patterns.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to analyze and communicate technical issues and lead discussions.

Responsibilities

• Lead design discussions and planning for major features and new solutions.
• Provide mentorship to less experienced team members.
• Review code for security, standards, and release criteria.
• Onboard new hires as a partner to the team.
• Develop and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
• Ensure high performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify bottlenecks and devise solutions to fix issues.
• Improve code quality, organization, and automation.
• Suggest solutions that improve user experience and value.
