Job summary
Grove Collaborative is seeking a Senior Software Engineer I, Integrations and Internal Systems, to own internal integrations and the MCP layer in a remote role. You will maintain and extend connectors between NetSuite, HighJump, and our data warehouse, while driving simplification and consolidation across the integration landscape.
You will use AI tooling to accelerate development, ensure quality, and shape security, access, and governance for agents.
Qualifications
- 5+ years building and operating production system integrations (NetSuite/ERP or similar)
- Strong software engineering fundamentals: design, debug, and deliver
- Experience with AI tools in development and/or agent frameworks (MCP)
- Comfort with ambiguous direction and delivering concrete results
- Knowledge of security, access control, and auditing for production systems
Responsibilities
- Own back-office integrations and MCP layer to enable cross-team work
- Build and improve connectors and tools for Grove internal systems
- Ensure performance, stability, and maintainability of integrated workflows
- Collaborate with security and infra teams on governance for agents
- Leverage AI tooling to accelerate development without compromising quality
