Job summary

re-zoo-me is seeking a hands-on Industrial AI Deployment Engineer – Enterprise Integrations to bring advanced AI systems into production for large industrial customers in the SF Bay Area. This role blends software engineering with customer deployments, owning integrations, data flows, and AI-enabled workflows in live environments.

You will embed with customers, build and maintain integrations via APIs, ETL, and ERP/CMMS platforms, work with SAP and ServiceNow as needed, and develop agentic

Qualifications

• 1–5 years hands-on software engineering, deployment, or forward-deployed engineering experience.
• Able to write and ship production code.
• Experience integrating software with complex customer systems.
• Hands-on AI deployments (agentic/RAG) and strong customer communication.
• Willingness to travel domestically around 25%.

Responsibilities

• Embed with enterprise customers to deploy AI-powered systems into live environments.
• Build and maintain integrations using APIs, webhooks, ETL processes, and enterprise data systems.
• Integrate with ERP, CMMS, ticketing, knowledge-management, and enterprise service platforms.
• Work with SAP, ServiceNow, and related enterprise platforms as required by the customer environment.
• Build agentic AI and/or retrieval-augmented generation capabilities as part of customer solutions.
• Translate ambiguous operational requirements into shipped technical solutions.
• Partner directly with customer engineering and operational teams.
