Job summary

re-zoo-me is seeking a Senior ERP Systems Engineer to support and upgrade enterprise ERP platforms, develop integrations, and drive data flow across modules and external applications.

The role requires strong programming skills (SQL, Python, C, Java, RPG), REST APIs, and SDLC expertise to deliver reliable systems, security enhancements, and scalable solutions. You will collaborate with IT leadership and business stakeholders in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise ERP systems and understanding how ERP modules interact and exchange data.
• Strong software development experience in SQL, Python, C, Java, or RPG.
• Experience developing and consuming REST APIs, web services, and system integrations.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, architecture, testing practices, and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple technical initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent documentation, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support, maintain, and enhance enterprise ERP applications and related business systems.
• Participate in a major ERP platform upgrade including development, testing, deployment, user support, and training.
• Analyze ERP modules, workflows, and data movement across internal and external systems.
• Design, develop, and maintain custom applications, integrations, and system enhancements.
• Develop and support APIs, interfaces, and automated data exchange processes.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, system diagrams, and SOPs.
• Collaborate with IT leadership, developers, security teams, and stakeholders to deliver solutions.
• Troubleshoot application, integration, database, and system issues.
• Assist with security initiatives, system hardening, and third-party tool integration.
• Support production deployments, patching, and change management.
• Participate in on-call rotation and occasional after-hours maintenance.
