This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Software Engineer I, Integrations and Internal Systems based in United States.

This role offers the opportunity to own critical internal integrations while helping build the infrastructure that enables AI-powered workflows across the organization.

You will work across back-office systems, data pipelines, agent tooling, security, and internal platforms in a highly autonomous environment.

A key focus will be evolving an early-stage MCP layer into a durable platform that enables teams and AI agents to interact safely with real business systems.

You will balance operational ownership with continuous improvement, knowing when to fix an integration and when to rebuild it on better infrastructure.

The role is highly hands-on, requiring strong engineering judgement, technical curiosity, and the ability to turn ambiguous problems into shipped solutions.
