Job summary

Develop Health is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to build software that removes barriers between a prescription and treatment. This hands-on, full-stack role focuses on Python services, TypeScript/React interfaces, integrations, and AI-powered workflows for healthcare users.

You'll work with product, AI, and operations teams to ship features from problem definition to production validation, balancing reliability, speed, and meaningful patient impact.

Qualifications

3+ years of production full-stack experience building software used by real users.
Proficiency in Python and modern frontend stack with TypeScript and React.
End-to-end product ownership and clear communication with engineers and partners.
Experience with AI-enabled workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

Define problems with users and stakeholders to deliver smallest valuable solution.
Ship full-stack features across backend services, UI, data models, integrations.
Integrate AI capabilities into workflows with production reliability.
Own major product surfaces and scale architecture as volume grows.
Mentor other engineers and raise engineering quality.
