Transformcap is seeking a Full Stack Senior Software Engineer to help build and enhance the systems that power Grow Therapy’s platform. This position involves designing and shipping features that improve patient access to mental healthcare through innovative technology.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of software engineering experience and be proficient in Python and React/TypeScript. This hybrid role requires employees to work onsite three days per week in New York, San Francisco, or Seattle.

Competitive salary range is $182,000 to $250,000, with comprehensive benefits including health coverage and flexible PTO.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience building and maintaining production systems at scale.
• Comfortable working across backend APIs and frontend interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and ship customer-facing features spanning frontend and backend.
• Own the full lifecycle of your work from scoping to deployment.
• Investigate and resolve production incidents.
