Sprinter Health is seeking a Senior Backend or Full-Stack Software Engineer with 5+ years of experience to build core systems for last-mile healthcare delivery. You will design and scale backend services, data flows, and integrations that drive patient booking, clinician routing, and medical device interfaces.

You’ll work in a hybrid office setup, collaborating with product, data, ops, and clinical teams to ship high-impact software that improves access to care.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building and scaling backend or full-stack systems in production.
• APIs, data models, and services powering real user-facing products.
• Led projects or pods end to end — architecture to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design and build backend services and APIs for patient booking, clinician routing, logistics, and device integrations.
• Ship full-stack product features end to end (if full-stack).
• Solve scheduling, dispatch, safety checks, and error prevention at scale.
