Capsule is rebuilding the pharmacy experience to be smarter, friendlier, and faster. For over a decade, we have offered free same-day home delivery. Today, we operate nationally and have raised over $500M from premier healthcare and tech investors.
To eliminate prescription friction, our ClearRx product integrates directly with specialty practices' EMR systems. We handle insurance benefit checks, prior authorizations, patient communications, and delivery on their behalf.
AI powers our scale. We build end-to-end AI agents for prescription workflows, backed by human judgment where needed. Our engineers leverage AI coding tools, partner closely with business teams, and directly impact patient and provider care.
As an Applied AI Engineer, you will work directly with business stakeholders to understand key Capsule workflows and build AI agents that improve them. You will own projects end to end, from mapping the process to delivering production systems that drive measurable business outcomes, with a "right and fast" approach.
Capsule is committed to hiring the best team possible to build a pharmacy that works for everyone. We have a diverse set of problems to solve, and believe that we need a diverse set of perspectives to deliver the best possible solutions to those problems.
