The role blends hands-on coding with collaboration across Engineering Leadership, Enterprise Architecture, and Transformation teams, leveraging AI tools to drive scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience in enterprise software environments.
• Strong fundamentals and coding ability.
• Experience supporting complex software applications.
• Exposure to modernization, refactoring or migration.
• Cloud-native development experience.
• Hands-on with AWS, Azure, or similar cloud platforms.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead modernization and transformation initiatives for enterprise applications.
• Design, develop and enhance cloud-native services and components.
• Participate in large-scale refactoring and migration projects.
• Collaborate with senior leaders on architectural improvements.
