Job summary

Hyphen Solutions, LLC is seeking a leader to design, develop, and modernize scalable enterprise applications and cloud-native platforms. You will provide technical leadership across architecture, software development, and system integration while contributing hands‑on code.

You will drive engineering standards, microservices adoption, cloud strategy, DevOps practices, and AI-enabled development to deliver secure, high‑performance solutions.

Qualifications

• Lead architecture and hands‑on development for scalable enterprise apps.
• Work across design and implementation with strong problem solving.
• Experience guiding technical decisions and Agile teams.

Responsibilities

• Design enterprise Java architectures and contribute code.
• Lead development of cloud‑native, scalable applications.
• Create prototypes and reference implementations for decisions.
• Contribute production code for complex features and integrations.
• Define and enforce architecture and coding standards.
• Document architectural decisions and system interactions.
• Lead code and design reviews; build microservices and distributed systems.
• Design APIs and integration patterns; collaborate with product/engineering.
• Troubleshoot production issues; drive CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Mentor engineers and evaluate new technologies, including AI tools.
