Job summary

Italic is building the identity and consent layer for healthcare, aiming to become the default health ID for every American. The company is a venture-backed stealth startup with a small founding team and is fully funded.

You will build clinical record retrieval from HIE networks, own the FHIR R4 data model with normalization and deduplication, and implement patient-authorized AI agent access with robust security.

Qualifications

• Experience building clinical data retrieval from health information exchange (HIE) networks.
• Ownership of a FHIR R4 data model including normalization and deduplication.
• Experience building patient-authorized AI agent access and implementing security controls.
