Schwab Technology Services is seeking a Senior Manager, Software Development and Engineering in Austin to design and deliver scalable AI-enabled solutions. You will build Python data pipelines and cloud integrations, connecting enterprise applications with Generative AI and LLM capabilities.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, data scientists, and business partners to translate complex needs into secure, reliable systems.
Formación
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 8+ years of software or data engineering experience.
- Advanced Python development for data processing and pipelines.
- Experience with GenAI/LLM in cloud environments.
- Hands-on GCP services experience (e.g., Cloud Run, Storage, Dataflow).
- Experience integrating APIs and distributed systems.
- Data accuracy management and data integrity practices.
- Strong debugging and root-cause analysis abilities.
- Experience in automated testing strategies and CI/CD.
